Many are also prone to changing jobs within a year. These traits often make it a challenge for companies to nurture millennials as bosses tend to view the first 3-6 months as the training period for new joiners. Millennials, however, possess the drive to succeed and they are in tune with the latest developments in the industry, making them assets in work teams.
