Over the years, Joshua observed that many companies feel older workers are not as driven to excel as younger workers and they often lack IT skills. His experiences with older staff, however, have shown him that their maturity, rich experiences and superior soft skills make them a good complement to the younger staff. Moreover, with their extensive industry knowledge, many of them have the capability to take on the role of consultants, and provide invaluable perspective and advice in the management of corporate and business matters.
