This achievement in our 30th year of business is our second, with the first being the Established Brand award in 2010. In the evaluation process in 2021, we were assessed on our Brand Heritage and Identity, Brand Strategic Blueprint as well as our Brand Development and Performance, where we demonstrated beyond measure the strategies in our brand building journey to achieve the desired Brand experience and performance.

ACHIEVE Group 不屈不挠 力脱困

 

ACHIEVE Group阔别11年之后,再度荣获新加坡金字品牌奖,这对带领公司走出两年多疫情煎熬的总裁严健义来说,实属非笔墨所能形容的特殊意义。

人力资源公司ACHIEVE Group自1990年诞生以来,30多年来历尽经济萧条、疫情肆虐和国际战乱等各类型的⻛霜雨雪,还能从本土拓展到专为亚太区内的本地公司及跨国企业提供人力资源外包服务,严健义坦言这过程的确走得不易。

严健义曾在2003年的沙斯疫情期间差一点面临破产。在谈到这次的冠病疫情时,严健义说,由于经济形势不明朗,许多客户不太愿意聘请新员工,导致公司经营的招聘服务大受影响。公司在疫情起伏期间必须咬紧牙根,秉着开源节流的经营理念,加上政府给予的多项经济援助配套,才渡过难关。

ACHIEVE庆幸有许多支持公司的客户,相信公司的求职者和一组不屈不挠的团队。严健义强调,公司团队过去两年多没有被疫情打垮,他们依然⻬心努力,坚定不移地与他和公司走到现在。在这么恶劣的环境下还能获得金字品牌奖,这对他和团队是一个强有力的鼓励与认可。

抓住机遇摆脱困境

ACHIEVE在企业客户和求职者中获得充分支持,相信与不断地满足各方需要有关。严健义说:“作为一家⻓期为本区域企业服务的招聘公司,公司深入了解亚太地区的商业脉搏,其人才招聘团队都致力于推动亚洲增⻓的行业。每个团队的顾问都精通行业垂直领域,并对人力需求有透彻的了解。”

以这次冠病大流行下的就业面貌转变为例,许多客户因业务需求而尽量使用短期性质的员工,公司就很快地进军这方面的业务,并取得了不俗的成绩。

此外,善于抓住机遇也有助于公司摆脱疫情带来的困境。严健义说,我国政府大力支持技能培训为公司提供了一些商机。尽管公司不经营培训服务业务,但由于所接触的客户一般都是人事部主管,于是向他们推荐技能培训课程。

而今随着各国陆续放宽防疫措施和重开边境,经济步入后疫情复苏期,严健义认为,招聘市场正在经历过去10年来最蓬勃的时期:早已回到“职位多,员工少”的境况。他有信心公司接下来在其专业领域将继续积极前行。与此同时,严健义也不忘公司员工的身心健康,今后会继续给予关注。他说,亲眼目睹了公司的事业从过去到现在都一直影响着团队及其家属,除了供给生计和经济上的需要,更影响着他们的精神健康,所以,他希望让员工们能够继续敬业乐业,并在工作上得到满足感和受到尊重。唯有这样,他们才更能协助许多求职者找到工作,辅导和辅助他们的职业生涯与生计。
