The GRIT (Graduate Industry Traineeships) Programme was announced in Singapore by Prime Minister Lawrence Wong during his National Day Rally speech on August 17, 2025. Designed for fresh graduates, these traineeships range from 3 to 6 months to help them gain practical skills and experiences so as to facilitate transition into full-time employment.
