At ACHIEVE, we are gravely concerned about the malicious damage caused and we would like to assure all Clients and Candidates that we place utmost importance on our Data Protection Policy and take all measures to uphold the terms in this said policy.
In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act and commitment to the protection of Candidates’ personal data, we have long ceased to collect, process or use full NRIC numbers during our screening and job application process.
The data of Clients and Candidates that are collected in the course of our talent acquisition work are managed in our CRM system and ATS system respectively, which reside on the VINCERE operating system. The VINCERE operating system is purpose-built for recruitment agencies worldwide and is a single tech platform which protects the integrity of its security through Entrance Control, Access Control, Transmission control, amongst a comprehensive list of security measures.
