Our Client is a well-known and established company in Marine Industry. It is a leading advance maritime technology, cargo, insurance, logistics service provider. They are looking for unique individual to join their growing business as an Application Administrator Analyst.





  1. Identifying the potential consequences of a change, or estimating what needs to be modified to accomplish a change in the Master Database.
  2. Responsible to develop set of input values, execution precondition, expected results and executed post condition to cover certain test condition and test procedure for enhancement, change requests and patch releases.  
  3. Responsible to develop operation process workflow diagrams and flow charts for systems.
  4. Execute application testing from User Acceptance Testing and End-to-End Testing before validate application releases.
  5. Responsible to manage vendor on the system issues and ensure vendors to resolve the issues within SLA.
  6. Facilitate the project meeting with various stakeholders, Vendors and project team to streamline system and operational process.
  7. Responsible to carry out implementation for shipboard application systems.
  8. Responsible to perform quality check on the database for completeness and accuracy.
  9. To conduct application training to the end-user groups.
  10. Responsible to support day-to-day system issues and service request.





  1. Min 3 years of working experience with Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  2. Experience in Master Data management and organizational skills
  3. Strong knowledge in Marine ERP software is preferred
  4. Strong data analytical skills
  5. Excellent technical knowledge (Advanced Excel skills, programming skill-sets and SQL knowledge are preferred)
  6. Good communication skills & a Team player
  7. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure & Independently

Other Information:


  1. Location             : Near Bouna Vista MRT Station
  2. Working days      : 5 days - Monday to Friday (9.00am to 6.00pm)
  3. Salary               : Up to $4,500 + 1 Month Completion Bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
