Administrative Assistant (12 Months Contract / Manufacturing / MNC / Tuas) DS

Our client is top manufacturing company. With ongoing expansion plans, they are seeking experienced and professional individuals to join their team.

Responsibilities

·         Perform attendance card and records related transactions such as MC/Leave/Attendance

·         Create Purchase Requisitions for department

·         Maintain and scan documents

·         Update and maintain department data

·         Organize meeting Lunch/Tea breaks for Managers/ Supervisor

·         Coordinate Training Schedules for Shop floor / Warehouse Staffs

·         Assist Shop floor employees on Expense claims/Medical Claims through the system

·         Coordinate on Overtime transport list and submit for transport arrangements

·         Coordinate on Pantry Beverages order for Shop floor employees

·         Any ad-hoc duties

 

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess minimum ‘O’ Levels or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in facilitating coordination of events
  • Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information or issues
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task efficiently

·         Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.

 

OTHER INFORMATION:

·         Location           : Gul Circle (Tuas)

·         Working days    : 5 Days (7.30am – 4.50pm)

·         Salary               : Up to S$3,000 or higher / Negotiable (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
