Our Client is a leading globally focused EPC Contractor that provides engineering & construction for Civil & Infrastructure project.  With increasing projects in the pipeline locally , they are seeking for a Contracts Manager to join their local team.

• Progress claims, EOT, Loss & Expenses and VO Claims.
• Evaluate the quotations and final negotiation with sub-contractors to ensure awards within budget
• Evaluate/assess the Sub-Contractors payments and VO claims to ensure the Cash Flow.
• Guide and lead a group of Quantity Surveyors in pre- post contract management
• Analyse, manage and resolve contractual conflicts and contractual claims with Sub-Contractors.
• Corporate reporting on claims, Cash Flow / Forecast, VO works and Sub-contract Payments.
• Brief/advice the Project and Contracts teams on contractual requirement and liabilities.

• Min Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering or its equivalent
• Min 10 years’ relevant experience, out of which 7 years in Management level working on LTA Projects
• Candidates must be a member of professional surveying institution such as (SISV).
• Singaporeans Only!

• Location  : East
• Working days : 5.5 Days / Mon - Fri (8am – 6pm), Sat (8 -12pm)
• Salary  : up to S$10,000 / Negotiable + VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
