CALL CENTRE OFFICER NO EXP $9/HOUR, START NOW– 31MARCH, MON-FRI: 8AM-6PM@MATTAR

 

·        $9/Hour ; Monday – Friday: 8.15am – 6pm (OT Payable)

·        Start Now – 31st March (Opportunity to be Permanent Staff)

·        Location: Mattar / MacPherson

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Manage hotline (FAQ & other enquiries)
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Answer customer’s questions & follow up promptly
  • Escalate cases to 2nd level for special case

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

·         A Level Minimum

·         Immediate starter Preferred
