Assessment Capability Development

Before we can recommend and implement effective solutions to your HR challenges, we need to first evaluate the existing capabilities within your organisation. As such, this service helps companies develop assessment centres, conceptualise interviewing guidebooks to equip hiring managers with interviewing skills, and implement psychometric assessments such as Emotional Quotient, Hogan Assessment and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).

Behavioural Capability Development

Because we understand the acute challenges that managers face when it comes to engaging employees, we have developed the capacity to conduct employee engagement surveys on behalf of our clients. Utilising these results, we can then propose ways to enhance the behavioural capabilities of employees. We also offer coaching skills and developmental coaching services to various levels of managers from supervisors and middle managers to senior executives.

HR Systems & Frameworks

To complement the ‘soft’ approach to behavioural development, we have in place a HR Systems & Frameworks service that helps companies develop practical and cost-effective competency models and specific systems in areas such as training, performance/talent management, and succession planning, with the latter system able to identify and develop individuals with strong leadership potential.
